So it appears that the first installment in Mike Portnoy's A.A. Saga will be blaring in my ears over the first two miles. Bret and I have been doing some nice easy runs this week, but it still hasn't set in that our first race is only four days away.

We'd like to welcome Glenn to our group of runners for the race. Early registration has passed, but you can still register on the day of the race.
